Larry A. Gallmeier is Managing Director of Aetna’s world-class Customer Center in Hartford, CT. He is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth through creation and delivery of meaningful brand experiences to plan sponsors, brokers, consultants, providers and community groups.

Mr. Gallmeier has 15 years of experience in health insurance and managed care coupled with six years of brand management outside of health insurance. Prior to joining Aetna, he was a District Manager for a national retail chain overseeing brand management, sales effectiveness and customer service for thirteen locations throughout New England.

He is an active member of the American Marketing Association and Association of Briefing Program Managers. Having led his team to achieve the World Class Marketing award four consecutive years, Mr. Gallmeier is a sought after presenter on the topic of marketing during briefing industry conferences. In June 1992, Mr. Gallmeier received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force after serving his country for eleven years. His final Air Force assignment was as a Flight Mechanic on the Airborne Command Post during Desert Shield/Storm, for which he received the Air Force Commendation Medal for, “service above and beyond the call of duty during armed conflict”.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Albertus Magnus College.

Rose is the Partner & Creative Consultant of Hurricane Promotions. She is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University where she received her BS degree in Marketing. She also has an AS degree in Respiratory Therapy. Rose is a member of PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) and is CAS certified. (Certified Advertising Specialist).

Rose is an affiliate of IpromoteU – iPROMOTEu is one of the largest and fastest growing distributor organizations in the industry helping distributorships grow their businesses by offering back end support services, mass buying power, freeing the distributor to focus more on their customers.

Rose is a Recipient of the Community Service Award 2010 Nominee for her years of service and dedication to the community of Granby. Rose is currently a member of the Granby Chamber of Commerce as well as the president elect of AMA – CT chapter.

Jeff Levine is a Managing Director with Thomas Capital Group, a registered broker-dealer that assists and guides alternative investment managers worldwide in structuring funds and raising capital. Working with a select group of fund managers, Thomas Capital Group has helped raise billions of dollars from leading investors from around the world. Jeff works on marketing client funds to institutional prospective investors as well as performs due diligence on potential and existing clients. He joined the firm in 2000 as its Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Thomas Capital Group, Jeff was with Cigna Investment Management for almost ten years, with the majority of that time spent working on various accounting/financial aspects of Cigna Mezzanine Funds. Jeff started his career as an accountant and auditor with KPMG.

Jeff graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, double majoring in Accounting and Finance. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds series 7, 63, 24, 79 and 27 FINRA registrations.

Jeff is a member of the Executive Committee for the Travelers Championship PGA Tournament as an Assistant Chairman on the Scoring subcommittee. He also spent many years on the Board of Directors of Rocky Hill Little League and as an Advisory Board Member for the Rocky Hill Parks and Recreation Department.

Diana Qaja is a Senior Analyst with Public Consulting Group (PCG), a management consulting company, focused on helping public sector agencies improve their operational and managerial performance. In her current position with Business Development and Marketing in the Healthcare practice area, she supports the business growth and service expansion of various strategic business development efforts driven by the Affordable Care Act (ACA).  Her primary responsibilities include conducting research and managing market intelligence briefings with political/current events, analysis of competitors’ proposals and management of billing statements/reporting of outside contracting government affairs’ vendors.

Her professional interest is healthcare industry, particularly strategy and market development.  She is an active member of the American Marketing Association and affiliated with various organizations such as Doctors for America, Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, and Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals.

She holds an MBA from Clark University, with a focus on management and marketing. She also holds the Strategic Planning Certificate from the Society of Healthcare Strategy and Market Development.

Chris has a mission to deliver more relevant and creative communications to everyone on the planet. As principal of Cipher Creative Group, Chris loves to translate clients’ most challenging marketing messages into good-looking targeted personalized campaigns. He has expertise in executing cross-media marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools and variable data printing.

Chris returns to the AMA after a 15 year hiatus. Chris is also going to stop referring to himself in the third person…. I am so excited to be involved with the AMA once again. I look forward to interacting with and learning from our members and partners.

Chris holds an undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, and an MBA in marketing, both from the University of Connecticut – a combination others have found to be quite unconventional.

Dorinda Richetelli

Dorinda Richetelli is a seasoned market research professional with over 30 years of experience in the field.  She is Vice President and a Principal of Spectrum Associates Market Research and has been with the company since its inception in 1986, contributing her expertise to hundreds of projects throughout her tenure.  These studies have encompassed a wide variety of methodologies and span a diverse set of industries, such as health care, financial services, advertising, education, energy, professional associations, and state and federal governments.  However, regardless of the approach or the topic being examined, Dorinda’s primary focus is to always provide the client with high quality, objective research that can be used to make effective strategic decisions.

Throughout her career, Ms. Richetelli has remained involved in the American Marketing Association, with her membership beginning in 1985 at Nichols College where she was president of the school’s AMA chapter.  Dorinda looks forward to serving in a more active role as Membership Chair and hopes to help this year’s board bring increased value to the chapter’s members.

Dorinda holds her B.S. degree from Nichols College, and has taken many graduate level courses in addition to industry specific training courses which have earned her a Certificate in Marketing Management from the University of Hartford and American Marketing Association.  In addition, she has been a guest lecturer on marketing research for a graduate level course at the University of Hartford, where she was able to share her wealth of knowledge with students.
