John M. Jaramillo is a leadership coach, consultant, writer, and speaker at Coach It Out, LLC who works with clients to reach their next level of performance and effectiveness. He holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Hofstra University and two graduate degrees from the University of Hartford — one in Organizational Psychology and the other an MBA. He also holds a certificate in mediation from the Center on Dispute Resolution at Quinnipiac University.
Combining his educational and certificate background with his coaching work in the public and private/profit and non-profit sectors, John is able to transfer lessons across business industries, organizational structures, and leadership needs. And it all starts with the individual. There is too much clients don’t realize about their own abilities, experiences, and goals – the immense value they’re leaving on the table. John helps clients maximize their present tools and who they are to evolve toward their performance goals and who they want to be.
Born and raised in Connecticut, he loves supporting local organizations while networking and brokering relationships throughout the state in order to play his part in helping it reach its greatest potential.
Residing in Plainville, CT, John’s spare time is spent with his wife, Jenn, and two sons. He loves to read, write on leadership, listen to music, maybe sing some impromptu karaoke when no one is looking, and spend time with friends and family.
