Saima Siddiqi enjoys working with innovative businesses. As a program manager with more than 15 years of experience, she’s worked for Aetna, Tufts Health Plan, Trinity Health, and American University. Her expertise are in change management, business process re-engineering, continuous process improvement, project and program management, product management, marketing, and digital marketing strategy. She is naturally curious about everything and has interest in learning new and different skills/subjects.
When I am not working, you will find me volunteering to promote social good whether it is related to healthcare, gender parity, people with disabilities, etc. As a mentor/coach, I enjoy helping people to find clarity, strength, and resilience to take the leap and fully jump into new possibilities.
