What the Metaverse Means for Marketing

Don’t miss this Zoom panel on the biggest trend in digital the evening of Thursday, Oct. 20, when leaders in Metaverse marketing and design discuss how fast our future is approaching. CMOs need to get ready, because giants such as Facebook, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon and Google are racing to build new platforms in digital virtual reality—and changes in their ecosystems soon will affect how any company markets products and services.

Consider, for instance, that in 2021 one of the biggest fashion brands in the world was Epic Games, maker of the popular Fortnite, which generated $2 billion in revenue primarily from the sale of online game avatars. Facebook has rebranded to Meta; Apple has patents for lightweight goggles that sync with iPhones; and Microsoft is springboarding from video games to virtual-reality simulations of the entire world.

Who will win in the Metaverse? And how will marketers compete? Come find out!
